Hi All,

Thank you for your messages, emails and feedback on HIDE! We set out to create the best quality pouches and accessories and feel we've achieved that. The emails and images we've received generally reflect that but more useful are the QC feedback messages showing the odd misalighned area or 'patina' on the fabric which we have been feeding back to our factory. This seems most common on the brown units, something some like and others do not. The black units hold their 'pristine look' for longer, the brown can appear with patina out of the box on occasion. 

As with all things, lessons are being learned constantly and that feedback is very valuable. 

If you have not yet received yours, please sit tight as it will be on its way. This week is a holiday/festival week in China so any late dispatches or tracking info may not be updated just yet.

STATIO: Watch Stands | from Marked By Time

As Kickstarter creators we get all sorts of emails and messages, this one we found particularly interesting! A new brand called Marked By Time is about to launch a beautiful looking watch stand.

Made with a hardwood base and premium silicone upper, we think this stand is an ideal place to store your favourite watch. It'll even take bracelets and other jewellery inside as the cone pops off to reveal a stash tray inside. Keep it on your bedside table, on your dresser or even at your desk if you need to take it off for something (even charging if its a smart watch!) 

We've been told their pricing will start at £26gbp and they're planning to launch later this month.

Hi All,

Warehouse has everything accounted for, the address lists are exported from BackerKit and have been formatted and we can finally get your orders moving. 

There has been a delay in getting everything ready for moving which we can only apologise for. The US warehouse we had been planning to send stock to has been... difficult. KS is a community platform. Their contact was provided as a recommendation, but now we're getting conflicting information and poor communication which has resulted in us communicating badly!

It is incredibly frustrating to have this stock finally ready to be sent, but not have the recipient warehouse confirmed. This is the task we have set ourselves for the next week because it is so important. Sadly air shipping direct from China to the US is still extremely expensive, but we are looking at quotes for that too.

Production Complete. Address Finalisation Time!

Hello Everyone,

We're so sorry for the delay in getting this update out, we were in talks with the factory last month trying to get a definitive timeline for when production would be finished as things kept getting delayed.

The time flew by and it was an unacceptable gap in communication.

The good news is that production is finally complete.

We think they had some issues with other client orders and ours got sidelined for a while. The factory has apologised and assures us it won’t happen again.

With that being said, the QC process is done and we are extremely happy.

We are going to get shipping started ASAP. 

The warehouse has recommended a shipment direct to a North American fulfilment centre, another to a UK fulfilment centre and all ROW orders go out direct, so this is what we will be doing this week.

Production Nearing Completion - Address Confirmations!

Hello!

Production is nearing completion, today we received actual production units ahead of everything being shipping to our warehouse partner.

We're absolutely delighted with how they came out and are very excited to get these moving! Production is due to be finished by July 10th at the latest although it may be sooner even than that.

The plan is to get all stock on a ship and moving to our 3PL warehouses ASAP,  which does mean we have around 3-4 weeks to have your address locked in for the warehouse partner to generate the labels and get it all ready to go.
